I was just thinking, are the terms spitting out random payouts each time you refresh on a jedi or is it constaint like the old system? What I mean by this is say the mark is on the terms for 48190, then your bh finds another mark for 48190...could this actually be the same jedi so you can actually group together and get em?!?

If I'm interpreting Blix right then no, not at all. The jedi is picked randomlyafter you accept it. In other words the mission on the terminal isn't actualylinked to a jedi.

see, i wasn't sure about that.
i think it may run all the checks blix described before it even shows the missions, not when you accept.
i'm not sure.

That is not how the system works. When a BH requests a Jedi mission the server just grabs a list of all the jedi on the server, narrows the list to those above the visibility threshhold, narrows the list again based on number of active Bounties, and then narrows it a final time based on online status. Then it picks a random Jedi from that final list. The problem right now is the server is mangling the data about whois online and who isnt.
Well this exactly what he said. I think that the request he is refering to is the accepting of a mission, if that's true then its random no matter what mission you pick.
If he were refering to a refresh of the terminal being the request I believe he would have said missions, instead of mission.

see either interpretation could work, because you don't request a mission, you accept a mission. I personally still think its my interpretation. We'll never know for sure unless blix pops in and says something
