Bh does not have a root.
You will need more then Medic 0010 to go toe to toe with a Jedi.
Doc 4000 or CM 4000 willgive you quite a bit of Healing power.
You want a good balance of damage and healing in order to beat the Jedi.
If you can't incap them quickly you'll need to outlast their force or keep them on the defensivewith healing to wear out their mindpool.

Healing for around 750-800 isn't enough as a MLS jedi will be able to hit you for alot more then that unless you can keep him on the defensive.
Like i said before you need a good balance of Damage dealing and healing in order to stand up to a Jedi.
Patience is the best skill to have as it is best to attack your opponent when theyare in a weakened state. Jedi will flame you to no end, call you a coward, say it's not fair or what not but that is the best way to ensure a victory.
Your job as a BH is to collect your payment for your mission. The Jedi do what they can to survive.
As long as no Exploits were involved anything goes.

you job isn't to collect payment it's to complete the task given to you no matter the cost.
payment is just a nice little bonus.
