Hey all,
Thanks for taking the time out to answer these questions for me. I appreciate it.
1. I am a level 71. I took a BH mission and the target was a level 79. I was wearing armor (assault) and he tore me up pretty good, I lost. This never happened before? Am I not supposed to tear into the level 79? Is armor working? It didnt show up on myu combat log? I may have to turn that particular portion on the combat log though.
2. Is this game worth returning too? I have been gone for awhile and thought I would give it another try? Currently, I am a master pistoleer and BH 3/4/4/4. Should I go master rifles instead? I still have a respec.
Please help, I feel soo sucky right now.

Most would say to go rifles, better to keep distance from Jedi if you're gonna be hunting them. The difference between your level and that of your target will influence the amount of damage done. In your case he was doing a good bit of damage because he was like 8 levels higher than you. If roles were reversed you would havesmoked him pretty good. There are still issues with the game that might cause you to reconsider returning to the game. Play for a month and see what you think.

Welcome to the new and unimproved SWG. Im MBH/MP/CM4xxx I suggest getting some type of heals in your template. I enjoy pistols but the other poster is coorect the cookie cutter is MBH/MR/heals
If your going to stay pistols make sure you use good armor, PSG, foods and the best pistol you can get with power ups. Also grab some stim ds with Ruby Bliel for extra heals and saves mind. Use KD/Crit/Torso/disarm heal as needed

You're either kidding, delusional, or simply mistyped. If you think a level 71 sould have a chance against a mod 8 levels above you solo, it's not going to happen.
