ok ysterday i got someone to make me a set of shock trooper armor with AWESOME stats, finaly something better than my clone! Anyway, it wound up costing millions + about 8k faction points.now....it seems to be decaying super freakin fast. The cheapest anti decay kit i saw was 12 MILLION credits. and i used armor repair kits before and my armor always BROKE. is there any sure way to fix armor? cause i dont wanna spend millions again when it degrades.

Do you grind in the armor or just use it for mission marks? I bought a set of Ubese and had the head/chest/legs sliced for durability (armor takes less durabilty damage when hit) and I've noticeda big difference. Problem is, would you rather have armor that lasts a bit longer or armor sliced for armor break? Armor repair kits are an unfortunate non-solution, but its all we normal players (without ADK's) have. I'd say that odds are you wont break your armor (as long as you dont let its condition get down too low) but you'll be nearly guaranteed to knock 20-35% off of its max condition each time you repair it. At least thats my experience.

i've noticed that boss marks doo mega damage to armor and psg's. Each boss npc i fight take 1k off the psg, its nuts.

wish it was my experience, heh. I broke my old composite legs, and my clone armor legs and both wrists.

Well you might want to make good friends with a really good armorsmith. I personally burn through a set of armor about every week to every other week depending on what I am doing. I generally have several sets with me. I don't wear my factional, clone, or RIS armor when fighting. However a good friend of mine makes really really good armor and sells it to me for only 275K for a full set.

I think it would be pretty cool if you didn't take durabilty loss to your armor when in PvP combat, since PvP is the largest part to getting full temps and good suits. They do this in some other MMORPGS and its extreamly useful to know that a night of PvP wont cost you millions.

Lay out 200-300k for a decent set of armor to hunt NPC's in. Save your good stuff exclusively for hunting Jedi. I've got my full suit of BH armor waiting on AB slices and ADK's before I wear it out.
