Does anyone know what the modified speed cap is, IE the point which when you go past you're not benefitting from it anymore? I'm referring to for rifles but it'd be useful to know for other profs too.

once your wep speed is around the 1.5 mark... so with a decent gun... around the 130-140 riflespeed mod area.

Best place to look is the weaponsmith forum. I think it's 1.7, by the way, not 1.5. But that's the biggest reason to check the WS forum.
