ok here is my idea,

basically every week allow one person to become jedi. i dont know how they would pick maybye on skill or somthing or how far they are along jedi quest. but then sence there would only be like 52 jedi on each server have the bounty hunters fight over marks like if one or more bounty hunters have the same mark then they can fight each other over who can kill the mark. anyway i got this idea from the bounty hunter books because in the books bounty hunters fight all the time against each other to get marks.
