Not all Jedi abuse the L.O.S. None of the Jedi in my guild or that I grind with do.. If I see one do it, I report em. Just to let you know..
(I hate exploiters)

Agreed. There are players who never should have had access to Jedi that constantly /duel and exploit the LOS. Reporting them seems to have no effect though.

I agree with you. The guild I'm involved in takes a legitimate approach to issues that are deemed as exploits. We make a solid effort to encourage altrenates to cheats and valiantly express dissatisfaction of players using exploits.
It makes me proud to know that one of my guildies toughed it out other then running into a LoS bugged area to avoid a BH. I would prefer they just ran their arses off and used the environment instead.

It's wrong when they do it, but it's always nice to camp them there, they aren't going anywhere

Not sure what the LOS issue is…BUT
1.If the person running is using hills/buildings/tree's/trenches/etc to stay out of LOS that is not an exploit but is being smart.
2.If the person finds a spot to where they can stand and you can't attack them at all no matter where you go that is an exploit.
Which are we talking about here?

The 2nd one, there are actually multiple spots on the rryatt trail (web weaver path, at the feral wookies) that you can stand and not be seen by anything, so to speak. You can stand there and be invulnerable basically. But really you can easily see them.
