Wrong. The majority of the "not online" problem is because the devs themselves admitted that missions are only created when Jedi are online, but they are not deleted when the Jedi goes offline.
Imagine a server has 300 Jedi who have enough visibility to be on terminals. Each of them plays only a few hours each day. At any time, there are only 30 Jedi online.
What happens in the first hour after the server has been up?
Only 40 Jedi have logged in since the server reset, and of them, 30 are still online. Your chances of selecting a mission for an online Jedi are 75% (30/40)
What happens 24 hours after the server has been up?
All of the server's Jedi have logged in at some point during the previous day, causing their mission to be loaded onto the terminals. Currently, there are only 30 Jedi online, as usual. Therefore, there are 300 missions listed on the terminals. 270 for offline Jedi, and 30 for online Jedi. Your chances of selecting a mission for an online Jedi are 10% (30/300).
The fix is ridiculously easy, and if you shout for it hard enough, they will do it. Make it so that when a Jedi logs off or drops out from the gameworld for any reason, their mission (if any) is removed from the terminals. Since the mission will be added to the terminal when the visible Jedi logs on, this ensures that if someone is listed on the terminals, they are definitely online.
I have to agree with original post. since i had to walk through investigation line,(there where no vehicles yet) and about 75 percent of the missions where bugged, it took me almost my first year to make mbh, finnally made it right as vehicles came out. and yes i have a mbh and a jedi. and the mbh grind was nothing compaired to the jedi grind both prior to cu and now. cu made it so it was pretty much impossible to grind jedi without getting on terms, unless u go to kas and grind, and im proud to say i have exactly 0 jedi xp points from kash. so some change was needed. Maybee this is it, maybee its not, but at least its a effort. The respect BH's will still cry. and the noobs will continue to call others noob.
Whenever i meet one of u texas brushpoppers who hasnt drinkin water from a hoofprint i'll eat my hat.

Reducing the number of BH per mission is fine.
Keeping the Mark's skill level hidden is fine.
But not allowing us to keep track of the Mark's online status before we take a mission is excessive.
