Thread: NPC Bounties?

We all know that the player Jedi bounties have been fundamentally changed with Publish 20, and are currently bugged to being unreliable and unfun. How are the NPC bounties? Are those bounties random as well? Or is the reward you pick what you get? Are they just as (un)challenging as before? Just looking for some advice.
