You play a profession in the SWG universe (whatever “time period” the designers decide this game to be) with the unique ability to engage in combat with another player whenever you like and you cry about it!? What profession in this game can do that?
No profession in this game has as much diversity as a mastery of Bounty Hunting (since CU) and the cost is only 15 more SP than any other (ranged) profession (Ok commandos has the same extra 15 SP requirement and is totally broke). If you put SP into a double master combat toon without MBH you can get Novice Medic as a bonus and that does not come in comparison to the melee/range defenses to a MBH/any other mastery (Where are the duel comments between a MBH/M Doc and a TKM/M Doc in this forum or MBH and Commandos… Fencers… Pikemen… Carbineer… hay they got issues too don’t they?

Getting credits: NPC mission grants 30k and an “ordinary” grinding mission at CL80 grants 9k… do I have to say more?
What I’m trying to say there is more than “hunting jedi” in this game. No two combined ranged professions has what you have combined with ANY other profession!
There are Bounty Hunters that has stuck around for two years in this game and I know they haven’t been able to hunted jedi more than about “one point five” years or so (I’ve been a Master Bounty Hunter about ten months ago with 85% saber block)

I think i get what your saying. you are saying that Theres more to the game than Hunting Jedi. Dont think anyone thats BH or MBH has ever said there wasnt. but i got to tell you, Hunting Jedi is the reason to go BH. Trust me when I say Hunting is a Good part of it. The kill is the GRAVY PART. I was a Ranger for alongtime. Started Hunting with missions. Moved to get order for Avian and just landed at Planet made my way to the SP on the otherside of it.All the while tracking and Hunting. So MBH was just the next step.
Thers some that got it for other reasons But i think the majority took BH to hunt Jedi.

As I said in my post I too was a MBH long before CU. I know exactly what you're saying about the hunt... It's..... excellent! ,)
What I'm trying to point out is: "Your game as MBH isn't JUST hunting jedi" but many think that is the only purpose to play the game and I would be upset if too if that is my only goal.

Well many Come to Be a BH or Jedi. Not all But Most. Marketing seems to think its Jedi thats the draw.
