The crime matched the content and I accepted the task of hunting down an apt adversary with a sizeable price on their head. Thismark was particularly elusive...After heading out I tracked the target to several defferent planets as the bounty seemed to keep jumping from place to place. I had gathered a lot of clues and information and exhausted all my resources from witnesses and informants, the task was daunting...did they know I was after them? I pushed on, gaining more knowledge...putting all the clues together. I finally was able to get the name of my mark after some work ( this one was notorious in the galaxy) and ended up on a remote planet filled with these big hairy alien creatures. Surprisingly, all of the tools i had in my arsenal to track my mark were able to be utilized on this planet and they even tracked her down to the instance she was hiding in.When I did finally track her down, it was a fair go...she did notcheck /duel on me, she did not hide in an LOS safezone, she did not use some overloaded uber weapon on me, she did not cloak and run away unable to be touched, and she did not run into a house and hide where I could not get to her....It was a great hunt and a great fight and in the end I was victorious and promptly rewarded. She seemed upset, but did not bombard me with foul-mouthed messages upon her capture. I figure we were both about evenly matched and theoutcome could have gone eitherway, but my strategy and use of skill were better in the end. Oh glorious day! Yes, I had captured Carmen Sandiego yet again! And it wasn't considered griefing.
Sadly, I turned off my "Where inSpace is Carmen Sandiego?" game and loaded up SWG.
