I've been a bounty hunter a long time. Regardless of what BS gets dished to this profession I'm gonna eat it and ask for more. You can't change the unchangable. I've always been a thorn in the side of the Jedi...now the thorn will just have to get bigger and the wound deeper.
I can solo a 220K mark with ease. And had many close calls in duels with full temps, yet to try one out in an actual mission, but I have faith in my abilities.
Bring on patch 20...do your worst. I'm ready.

Could you help those that don't know how to solo? Please? Seriously...please? That would eliminate some of the whines here. (of course it would inflame the other forum...but wth do I know)

Here are some methods I do.
Rule # 1 "Maximum Supremacy Thru Superior Firepower". All in all...get the BEST equipment possible. I have one of the best rifles on my server. And my armor is custom made and has hit the energy cap. I use two cybernetic ranged arms for bonus's and maximum range potential, trust me, that helps. Skill tapes can add up alot. Use those to even out the playing field.
Rule # 2 "The Best Offense is a Good Defense". As much as I hated giving up Master Marksman at first, im truly glad I did now. I added CM 4xxx and now I can heal like a jedi and I get to keep my armor. Add some healing eff. mods and you are rolling. I really don't use a whole lot of foods. Maybe I should but I seem to be quiet successful without.
Rule # 3 "Patience is a Virtue". Just because you have a mission doesn't mean you must proceed directly to the mark and start blasting. Watch their movements, learn patterns, see what they are up to and plan your strike around that. Is he/she grinding, is she/he dueling, etc. It seems like the longer I take to study the mark, the much better my success is.
Rule # 4 "Fearless and Inventive". Once I crawled 1000 meters under cover toward my grinding mark, got within 80 meters of him, fired off a KD shot, then executed a Sniper Shot on the KD'd opponent. He was near dead and he was a 212K mark. I heard about another BH who aggro'd mobs onto him, nearly killing himself, then launching a Last Ditch shot on his mark FTW. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS. This is not an exploit. This isjust a legal way of majorly evening the odds. Dirty fighting is what keeps us alive. There is no Bounty Hunter Handbook that says each Jedi fight must start with a /KowTow and well wishes to whoever wins. When the Jedi were farming those +25 skill tapes at the Dathomir Prison I would watch them from afar and whenever they entered their "Channeling" pose or whatever it is I would kill them. Is that dirty? YES! Is it fair? YES! Think about all the nasty tricks a Jedi has (AI, cloak, statis, etc.) They would give you no quarter so it should be returned.

Well, publish 20 isnt turning out so bad now. We will be getting the names via seekers..
