Thread: Is there a point of having speed under 1 sec.
having a speed that fast can also suck badly even if your SAC is low. If you are having issues chewing through your Action at that speed, try a SAC pup and some food and drinks.
as soon as you hit a modified 1.3, you might've considered getting a crit slice now that it's working.
pump your money into accuracy
Heck yes!! My modified speed after pup on my HLR is 0.79!! It makes a world of difference when you can land massive damage in just a few seconds.
There is NO exploiting speed if you cycle your specials. Most specials have a built in cool down timer .. no way around that .. you can however alternate your shots so that your still landing damage every single second. My favorite opener:
Imp Aim - Underhand - Startle - Critical - Head - Ranged - Critical - Head ... etc until action runs out.
By the time I've fired Head and Ranged, Critical has reset and is ready to go again.
For PVE your prob better off using a damage or action pup for the longer fights. But for PVP .. speed kills.

who care sif you have no action if your mark is dead from your overwhelming dps![]()
But when they arent dead, and now you cant shoot cause you have no action and are "Too Tired"

The exploit occurs when you are able to cycle the same special multiple times in a row like any normal special chain, bypassing the cooldown timer. Its been tested, proven, and documented on Bria for the better part of a month. The devs know about it, but like a ton of other bugs, it wont be fixed forever. Getting hit by a Swordsman using 3 Imp Critcal Strikes in 3 seconds hurts like hell. The same is possible with a BH firing off 3 Adv Critcal Shots in 3 seconds.
Yes I'm sureKarbal and many others are fully aware of the exploit that you mentioned. Karbal was clearly not disagreeing that there is an exploit, he was simply refuting your incorrect statement that speed less than 1.3 is wasted unless you are exploiting. That statement you made above in this thread is false.

so if i use a macro doing Critical/pause0.5/critical... is this wrong?
1) I dont that would work
2) If you were able to adjust it to make it work it would be exploiting a flaw in the game mechanics so yes, it is wrong.
