Thread: Tanks any word on Confusionshot and Eyeshot

Any way we can get these specials to be worth the action cost it takes to fire them? It takes me about 5 shots of confusion shot to get a dizzy or stun to stick. Good luck getting both stun and dizzy to stick on a target.The blind from eyeshot takes just as long to stick. They do less damage than default attacking.
What is their purpose?
Do they plan on making state effects useful? If not why are they so hard to stick?

I agree.. I dont PvP so I dont know how they work in that realm but in PvE even very low level enemies will resist those states vigorously.

Even when they stick - the effect they have is next to nothing (cant remember exact stats)

They get resisted in PvP just as often. Even though there are recovery skills for each state effect.
