Have you ever thought about the chance that we will see more PvP in general in this game cause every single pvp fan almost choose the Bounty Hunter profession cause that was the only garantee to PvP in SWG since nobody really cared about being overt/special forces.
I think there will be more PvP in SWG as before, much more, its time for us all to prove what we are really worth in pvp and how much we love it by declaring permanent overt/special forces and being the hunter and the possibly hunted one !!
In all honesty I think these changes will deliver more PvP and I for one are sure hoping for more overt/special forces on the streets and have some wild fights and constant danger upon me regardless of wether I am jedi or bounty, the choice is yours if your wanna hunt or be hunted !
