I'd go for a full speed slice for 12% more speed, but maybe that's just me because it seemed to help my DPS most and I have probably +23 now in carbine accuracy skill tapes.

I'm partial to 2% increased speed, 8% damage, 3% critical hit chance with a tactical grip.

I'd go with a full speed slice and get some action reducting powerups to drop that SAC down.


The more you can fire off your specials the better.
