You don't have a choice.
Totally revise your food plan - check the chef forums for that, I'm tired. But you want parawan nutricake hotkeyed at all times and room for it, at least util you get very good at kiting.
Drop Master Rifleman and switch to MCH, pistolier 0004.
Use your new root, then stack your dots on him, debuff his speed and action regen, snare, kite.
The dots and debuffsare what will hurt him, just keep them applied, keep him at range, rooted/snared and slap in the occasional underhandshot followed by a few advanced criticals.Using this method, if you learn to kite well and keep your dots applied you WILL outlive his force - period.
Also, choose terrain wisely - that's your perogative, having the first strike- as an MBH you have muchbetter terrain negotiation than him unless he whacks on forcerun in which case he can't barely hit you - run uphil and lead him as best you can.
I know nothing of rifles and/or rifleman strategy against Jedi.
What I CAN offer is the Bounty Hunter Cocktail. These all stack together.
Ruby Bliel, Spiced Tea, Vegaparsine, Blob Candy, Kenali Wafers, Piketta Pie, Booster Blue.
In addition you'd want Pyros for when you want to get some extra damage in. I would THINK that rifleman allows you to get the first shot in whenever you want (my build doesn't have any type of invisibility so I have to get the shot in as soon as I arrive). If this is true, then you'll have to have a lot of patience and get the shot in when he is most vulnerable and avoid revealing yourself until then.
