Thread: Taking down Boss/Elite Marks?

I am just wandering what temp most of you use to take them down? I am currently MCM/almost MBH. I have no reason to hunt jedi for fact I really don't care to much about them. I was thinking of getting Master Rifles with cover. I hear you can do a bit of dmg while in cover. Just looking for some advice on the matter. I am not looking for the I win button, but more for the most dmg and taking less dmg button. Thanks for your time. If you do use MCM what way do you use to take them down. I might need to learn my temp a little better, cause on INV3 tree I take some dmg and having a hard time with them....I use pistols btw.

It is hard to dobig damage without an elite ranged profession to go with MBH. All three professions have big-damage weapons so, I'd recommend dropping down to 4-0-0-0 CM and then doing either Pistoleer or Rifleman.

Iwould say u dont need another range prof to do loads of damage just pick up another tree like
Pistoleer 4xxx more speed improved bodyshot and warning shot
Rifleman 4xxx improved snipershot and improved headshot
Carbineer x4xx improved rapidfire improved cripplingshot improved legshot
you can even keep one of these tree when you have mbh mcm
if you were hunting jedi pistols xxx4 is nice for root
Anyway hope this helps a bit gl

I have MCH/MBH and working towards CM 4/x/x/x (at 2/x/x/x now) Me and my petsget really close (fully buffed, spiced,+ foods)but lose to the elites. I'm talking a few hundred hp's left every time, then run out of mind and slain. Wonder how many hp my desk has left from slamming fists on it?! 
My bud has MRifles/MBH/CM 4/x/x/x and takes them down fairly easyunbuffed using sometop-notch equipment.
Guess who's changing templates and buying new equipmentsoon? Unless 4/x/x/x does the trick.

With the regen of the elite marks ,I've found bleed and using a probot combat droid keeps them slightly tamed .
i eat blob candy-spice tea-kanali wafers-pixie.I am mbh/mcarb/4000cm/0300prowess.I switch between a bola spec ops
and an elite carb w/sac pup(for when i get low )

MCM isnt good for boss marks, master carbineer makes it soooo easy
