Thread: What armor?

Just wondering what kind of armor i should get for my fencer. Or is a shiled generator the best thing for me.

I suggest a really good set of advanced Chitin, and then get the HAM sliced. This stuff helps me quite alot by absorbing over half of most kinetic damage.

I use Chitin also, mostly for the looks, and only for some of the pieces. I tend to make armor suit compilationsto wear that looks cool.


Might want to try Ubese, but some people get graphical bugs with those (like after a while their framerate drops down very horribly which can eventually lead to a system crash which only happens when wearing Ubese armor).

sorry , n00b here, what isChitin ? if under bezaar machine, where should i broswe from?


Also , what is shield generator?

Advanced chitin is my recommendation. It will be cheaper and lighter than kinetic layered ubese. However, once advanced ubese segments get fixed (whenever that is), kinetic layered advanced ubese will probably be great, but heavier and much more expensive than chitin.


Best advanced chitin I've made so far was 54% kinetic. But even using my crappy dantooine animal bones for the advanced segments, I can get up to 48% kinetic. Very nice stuff to say the least.

A few days ago, i buy one advanced chitin whith poweron in kinetik, this armor have 34% in kinetick resistence, the rest 12%.



I think that this arnor is grate for tank, and dont be expensive.



And pls dont buy armors in bazar, look for a master armorist.

I see ubese is most popular is that true? Should i wear comp what i have now or buy some clone or RIS? I remember a bh came for me with RIS on and fought him for a looong time around 15mins. He had just over 9k resists.

Sabers are energy damage. I use a set of compo for PvE, and the highest energy resistance for Jedi huntin'.
