Greetings all....
I just started Bounty Hunter and am having difficulty with my mission. It seems I accept lvl 17-20 missions travel all over to get to the mark and when I find him more often than not the mark is lvel 35 or higher...makking him impossible for my little CL level 21 butt to even attempt to kill.
Is this a bug or the way it is supposed to be. Out of about 20 missions so far...I ahve been able to complete 4 of them. 3 were mid 20 levelmarksand I managedto kill a lvl 32 mark...although it was a horribly tough fight and i was incapped twice. The other 16 or so where high 30's to the highest being lvl 54.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

It's a known issue due to be fixed with pub 20. Until then, I suggest working on the other parts of your template and leaving investigation for last.

Bounty Hunter is an elite class... It is meant to be harder and make you think about what you need to do to defeat your mark. Not just run up and kill.
Most of my marks at lower levels were much higher than my CL at the time. I used combat droids, pets and even friends at times..But mostly tatics..

that is fine and I totally expect that...but a level 54 mark at CL 21 is near impossible. I like tough fights but I also would like a fighting chance and not get one shotted before I even get to fire.

Ahhh...patch 20 eh...cool I wondered what was going on. I dont play my BH much, but have recently had an itch to try it more. It is very frustrating thinking you will get a level 20 mark and instead get a lvl 30+.
