just asking is it me but after Publish 24 does marks seem to take dmg? its taking me Alot longer to take down targets ? i know they have updated the NPC's moves but i just cant seem to do damage to them and if its a double elite im having to cancel some of them now because there not taking dmg at all

Some of the boss marks have some pretty insane regen... I think that's what you're running into. Had one myself that took a few tries to finally figure out how to kill - Drag them to a nearby level 74 critter lair and let them do the dirty work while I concentrate on staying alive.
