If you are talking about NPC missions, you are the only one who can attack the mark. Other people can heal you, though, so you would want to bring a Doc or CM not another BH.

If other players are hit with an AOE attack by the mark, then they can attack it.

Multiple BHs can go after the same Jedi if you all happen to pull the same mission. I think there is a sticked thread about that...
