This is true!
Finally made it to master this weekend and decided to give Jedi bounty mission a try.
Not at any time did the identify target work for me.

Both track and identify use a charge, it was in the patch notes and why they upped the number per crate.

Hi guys,
In case anyone hunts Jedi anymore
, you might find that identify target (to get the name of the Jedi) seems to be bugged. Out of two dozen attempts, I only got the Jedi name on 2 instances when I was within 1km of the mark. All other times, I did not get a name.
I wonder if its really you have to be within the same server boundaries or somthing like that for it to work.
Tanks, can we got the Devs looking at this plz.
thanks,

I had to send out 4 seekers last night trying to identify my target. Only the last one gave a name, but by that time it was to late cause I was right on top of them.

I've noted that the identify option uses a charge. Thought it was supposed to be free while Track was supposed to use a charge. I['m ok with this change, just want to know if its a change or a bug.

yeah Identify Bounty Target doesn't work, it really sucks. I never had faith that they would be able to fix this bug anyway
