anyone else notice this ? i got on this morning and im walking in the mo i decide to shoot a miner and nothing... i check the log and it says im only hitting for 1 dmg and switch weapons and one shot kill..

i absolutely hate it when people call other people newbs or nub or noob not because i think its mean(which i would really care less) its because you must be a noob at mmorpgs.. say newbie its not meant to be an insult

Yep, blast damage no longer exists in the game. But there are a few weapons that still deal blast damage. It's a bug and the weapon is useless until it is changed.

i just spent 4.5mill on my rifle

You are assumig they fix existing weapons when they change scopes. If they hold true to how they normally do it...its a 4.5 Mil paperweight.

It was crafted with a looted scope, which were bugged. The scopes that dropped after Pub 22 are fine, and they are working on a fix for all scopes and weapons crafted with the older bugged ones.

Hold onto it.

Yep I had an ALR made yesterday (still have to get it sliced), 2.5 speed 500-1144 (around that damage) with 82 SAC. Because I wanted to use scopes with +64 accuracy it has ended up being a paper weight because it does blast damage rofl.

But I knew it was going to do that......I just consider this my future rifle when they fix it in 2006.
