Has anyone actually looted any of this stuff in the las while, I have done a few spawns with out much luck.

I've looted most of my pieces from Yavin. All you need to do is start on the beach near the outpost, walk along the beach killing everything you see. Get to the end and turn round and walk back to the outpost, again killing all spawns.
Doing this generally causes Black Sun to Spawn.
Do it with a friend starting from the opposite end of the beach and your less likely to miss a spawn.

yeah just go up and down beaches.
best way unless u wanna run in circles
or u can buy 
oh yeah drop rate has also been dropped to 1% chance when killing a bs
u update ur link btw
also jetpack bases i think gave been made rarer at possibly 5%
or summat. cba bout that tho...

BH are still dropping things...killed a thug and a henchman on dath yesterday (couldnt find elders and got pissed) and looted a helmet, it was about 500m out form the imp prison.
