I think you can see if they are in space, but I don't think you can attack one unless he is overt, and you are overt. Even then, I doubt if it counts as a BH kill, as you don't really "die" in space anyways.

you can track them but you can't attack them unless as said above both overt which is highly unlikely the should change it and allow the hunt in space and lets us fight it out up there also only change it the jedi can attack us immediatly in space since space pvp is like 1 or 2 shot kills with my vaksai fighter i could easily dispose of a jedi in space far faster than on the ground i'm all for space jedi vs bh fighting keep them buggers from hiding up there

If you want to hunt Jedi in space, you have to accept that Jedi also can use Force powers in space. 30 second invulnerability in a space fight doesnt sound too bad at all, neither does the ability to self-rez or to increase attack speed.
Its not gonna happen - ground game and space game are different concepts.
