Bounty Hunter Archive

Wasn't there something in a recent patch about BH being able to attack each others marks again? So that you can help a fellow hunter take out tougher marks? I just tried it with someone and couldn't attack his mark....is there something we are missing here or did I read the patch notes wrong?
