Thread: Macro/tool bar question
I dont quite understand something tho...
Currently I have 24 boxes in my number 1-6 tool bar...
On the bottom are the number 1-9 then 0 - =
Okay so toolbar one is called what in a macro?
and the first two boxes... right on top of each other, above the number 1 in my toolbar, are called slot what and what which slot is the top and which slot is the bottom?

Fixed. The "S" in Slot is case sensitive, and must be capitalized. Same with the following: /ui action toolbarPaneXX, the "P" in Pane is case sensitive.

But the first set of two boxes... right on top of each other... the top one I assume is slot00.... is the bottom slot01 or slot12?

For an even more effective use of macros, "Bind" them to keys like your numberpad keys. This can be done under your Options | Keymap (I think thats what its called) | Custom | . Then just choose which macro you want to bind to a certain key, and ReBind it. Then when you press that key, it operates your macro for you.
Here is an example of what I have done:
Key 1: Clothing Macro (Puts on my clothes)
Key 2: Recon Armor (Puts on my recon armor)
Key 3: Assualt Armor (Puts on my Assult armor)
Key 4: Calls/Stores Speeder Bike
Key 5: Calls/Stores AV-21
Key 6: Calls/Stores Bolotaur
Key 7: Spynet Macro (dismounts speeder, targets spynet, converses with him, remounts speeder)
Key 8: Arakyd Macro (targets Arakyd, follows it to get closer, so I don't have to chase it down)
Key 9: BH Mission Macro (targets BH Terminal, uses it)
Key 0: Food Macro
Key Enter: Duelist Stance Macro (starts looping DS macro)
Key +: Harvesting Macro (starts looping harvesting macro, depending on what im harvesting, I edit to fit)
Be advised, all of my clothing, food, vechiles, etc, are all on/in toolbarpanes/slots, so it goes to that pane/slot, uses or does what it needs to do, then switches me right back to my default /toolbarPane00.

What does your DS macro look like?
probably /duelist;
/alarm 115;
/macro DS;
Maybe?
its simple:
/dueliststance
/pause 30
/macro DS (or whatever you call your macro)
I didn't get fancy and have it /tell me that it was going to warmup again or have an alarm that does the same. I don't use it too much anymore though, gets in the way. Plus, I like using enhancers for my /bacta abilites, and even without, I have noticed running a looping macro gives me problems and I don't heal when I want to.
For hunting Jedi, its a big no no lol.
