hold up if you do this , wont it keep repeating over and over again throught the fight until you /dump?
you will keep getting "wrong posture" spammage

1) If you do have any macros running (did I really just type that?) type /dump
2) Press Esc key (clears combat queue)
3) Click on KD Recovery button in your toolbar for instant standingupness.

I found this to take quite a bit longer then just hitting one button 
If a jedi KD's me now, ill be up instantly (or as fast as it takes me to hit f10 )
Also this will make you lose running macros, mine doesn't.
I usually run a /tar target macro so I don't need to manually retarget after healing myself with an enhancer. And a duelist stance macro.

No, it's not a recursive macro. It's one bound to a toolbarslot (f10 in my case) it executes once when I hit f10, just like normal KD recovery.

Oh I agree Skint, your macro is by far the better solution.
It is just that some people prefer to mash buttons than map keys so I thought I'd add the manual method.
I always /dump any recursive macros if I get kd to stop the combat queue from filling up again before KD recovery has a chance to work. This is more important in mass PvP as with lag a macro can really spam up your combat queue.

Seems good, only one question though: What does the "clear" command do?
Renidaz Drethon-NaritusI run a /duelist stance macro during all engagements and have the KD bug happen at times. I never stop the /duelist macro while trying to KD recover, and it works out ok. I find that by untargeting and hitting the recovery, I am fine. Never really had the perma KD since I started untargeting and trying it. I use the following "multi" state recovery:
/knockdownrecovery
/stunrecovery
/blindrecovery
/dizzyrecovery
This one causes 4 spams to hit the screen, but at the the same time, will clear any state that you have. However, if you have multiple states on you, ie stun + dizzy it will only clear one. I have to hit the button multiple times for multiple states.
You might change the order, but I put them on the macro in the order that I get hit with them from most frequent, to least. I've never had it NOT work for, and have been using it for months.
