For me there is nothing more frusterating than hunting a jedi target forever and having them logout before I can reach them.

I believe a good solution to this problem would be to lock the jedi character into the game when a bh selects them as their target. Once a jedi is chosen they should be rendered unable to logout or enter any private buildings until the jedi and bh eventually meet and one of them wins. At that point the logout tef, or whatever you want to call it would be over.
