I have my 1st BH mission, but need to find a Neophyte handler (?)Can some one point me in the right direction?

Ok, can someone please help?
I have been told by various BH that finding you informant is as easy as talking to a Spynet rep.
The spynets that I tlk to tell me go find a neophyte handler...what am i looking for? could it be anyone?
Any tips would go down well

What city are you looking in? Some cities, like Tyrena, Coronet, and Keren are full of neophyte handlers. All informants (neophyte or other) are SpyNet operatives. Look for them and you will eventually find one that can help you. I would strongly urge you to visit Tyrena or Coronet if you're looking to do your novice investigation missions.

Just came back to the game and I have Investigation IV and I am trying to do some missions, I go to my Spynet Op but when I talk to them all I get is. "I don't deal with bounty hunters of your caliber. Go find a Neophyte Handler". What is this and where can I find them?

i'd suggest dearic talking to everyone...literally like 6 spynet within a64 m radius.

not really...hover your cursor over the white dots on your radar and it says their title...a commoner...a commoner...hey maki, a spynet operative /tar maki /way. commoner....commoner....

i had the same problem..
go to c-cnet
no more than 150m away from starport as soon as you exit the starport go to your right and you will find them in front of a fountain.
you will find a bountyhunter term and Spynet Op right next to each other
not sure if all servers are the same but give it a try...
