Does anyone know how the new elemental damage "fix" on the TC works. (Does it cause damage in addition to the energy damage?)

Is the elemental damage ONLY working for red crystals? I use my sunrider but I have no idea if its elem dam has been added... havent tried with a red crystal yet though.
I just thought i read about the elem dam was fixed for red crystals.... not sure though.

Ehm, what makes you say elemental dmg doesnt work? This was the big fix of publish 19... My dmg sure went up, and im not using a red crystal.

Im using a Banes Heart and the elemental damage is working. The numbers do add up when you check them. And its working on other weapons as well.

i must say i havent noticed a dif.
is elemental damage suposed to show difernt to normal or does it just add on?
im using banes heart and ive noticed no change in the damage i do.

Elemental damage is not working correctly. With a regular crystal, your elemental damage is 25% of your max damage. Also, elemental resistances are supposed to be lower than energy or kinetic armor. Therefore, if i do an attack for 1000 damage, the very least the elemental damage should be with a regular crystal should be 250 damage. I don't even get close to that when i do a 1500 damage shot on a mob with bane's heart or sunrider's destiny which are both 30% of max damage.

test it and look at the stickies, jedi correspondent said it also and your damage didnt increase, sorry!

But does it only work for banes heart (because its red). Can any1 confirm if it works for other colors aswell?

doesnt work for me and i use banes heart.
no change in damage for me and no extra combat spam saying any new damage is applyed.

I do notice a slight increase in my damage numbers but it's so slight its almost non existant. I don't have exact numbers but it's along the lines of 8 extra damage on saber hit, 20 on head/body/leg hit and about70 on improved power attack. Not using the named crystals but i know for certain that i'm not getting 25% damage increase.
