Thread: Question regarding loot / mark quality for EXPERIENCED BHs

I just started doing High-End NPC bounties.
My question is:
Does the NPC rank (silver elite, double chevron boss, normal mark etc.) play a role in what you can loot?
It is possible to loot a very good attachment (+10 or more) from Normal NPC bounties?

Survey says.........RANDOM!!! People used to think the high end attachments would only drop off of high level bosses, but that was thrown out the window quickly. Elites and Bosses alike have the same chance of looting the high mod SEA's.

semms from my experience that I get more foraged bugs from the double chevrons, past that I see no corellation.

It's all random probably, but the loot tables I believe allow a slight higher percentage for better loot for harder level bounties. Because level 200+ krayts aren't in the game anymore, there aren't any premiums. I wonder, with the AI changes, shouldn't taking a krayt be super hard or is that only NPCs?

Most of my seas have come from elites and they all have at least one mod +10, but my best ones have come from bosses. I think most of my weapon parts have come from elites. Since Publish 24 I've had a higher percent of bosses dropping good loot, before it probably 1% of bosses gave me good loot and the rest usually gave me bugs and nothing more.
