Hi all, and thanks for tuning in.
I'm about to have my pride and joy RIS sliced. But I cant decide on what type of slice. Since I cant unslice something and reslice it later if im unhappy, I need your help. Can you offer some advice?
Temp: MBH, MCarbs, 0003 Pistols, 0020 Medic
Primary Role: PvE NPC Missions, Group PvP (Crowd Control), the odd jedi mission for fun
My helm and chest plate are adk'd, the rest is not, so I'm using padded to save the rest of my RIS until i get 5 more adks (over the next few years :/ ).
Please add your temp, role, why you chose your particular slice, how effective it is, and any regrets/positive feedback from your slice.
Thank you all for your help.

QFE. This is what you'll want if your armor is ADK'd.
Other slices mainly focus on reducing how much condition is reduced when you take a hit etc...

For PvP, the armor break slice (with hardening 1 added) is the best choice.
For PvE armor, you might want to explore a full hardening slice. Yes, the armor will wind up taking some of the damage instead of you... but isn't that the whole point? And if it keeps you alive longer, that's condition that's not lost to death.
