If you do NPC missions as a MBH, it's about 30k per mission and can usually loot about 1k of credits from the corpse along with whatever goodies he's carrying around ranging from a warm hat to smuggler components to power cells. The credits you get from looting corpses varies from server to server, but I got 5 million for 4 power cells I looted off a boss mark. Don't expect 5 million per mission though.

If I remember right, payouts for Jedi missions are up to 250k, but vary depending on the Jedi.

Max is 226k + the Bounty Hunter Guild bonus (usuallyaround 175k). So it's ~400k per full template killed. It'd be very difficult to 'get rich' from PC missions, though.
