Thread: Things to come...'A' step in the right direction.

I have seen this game go through many ups and downs, and will stay to see many more. For those of you believing this game was for GAMERS, you are mistaken.
SW is not a gaming world, it is an RP fantasy world. They have finally gotten this right.
I am behind everyone stating their oppinion, but be real about it.
Yes they removed player bounties....it was terribly flawed to begin with with an unfair advantage.
Yes your toon will not be the same....all of the TIME youput into your toon will not be in vein.
I took a break from this game because of lame ppl complaining and getting things changed for the worse.
STOP COMPLAINING OR LEAVE
BH is finally going to be a wicked solo profession! REJOICE!....BH ARE SUPPOSED TO GO SOLO, with the occasional teammate.
No more grinding.....better loot? Sign me up.
LA has said over and over that this game was to depict GL SW universe....it is his creation, and SOE is kind enough to make this happen. HE puts forth what he wants to see, and SOE interprets it....it is LA call to change it.....DEAL WITH IT OR LEAVE
The real SW fans will continue happily without you, in a REAL MMORPG setting (finally)
As far as us BH goes, I like what I see. I will create a TC toon and check out the new game. I will have my cool vet perks, my pre-update stuff (which will be nerfed) and will reactivate my second account just because they are finally moving in the right direction.
For those of you who feel cheated and lied to....READ THE EULA
SOE has never had the greatest timing, and has a badtrack recordof pre-releasing before testing.....DUH, THINK BEFORE YOU CRITICISE YOUVE KNOWN THIS FOR A WHILE
As far as a class action suit....AINT NEVER GONNA HAPPEN SO **edit**
I know too many people coming back because of these changes. Once word gets out, alot of the old subs will be reactivated, once the gaming authorities are able to test it out and give more reviews, it will catch on like it should have in the past.
MMORPGs are lacking in the RPG department (ALL OF THEM ARE), finally ours get geared more towards the RP (the way SW was meant to be viewed), and all you FPS lovers are going to have to go somewhere else to be uber and stop complaining about OUR game. It's because of you whiney A55 brats that stuff gets skrewed up and nerfed.
You get a respec for EACH class so you can try it out....they could have just said you all have to play your main role or have to start from scratch....quitcherbitchen
Keep it up LA, some of us are behind the real concept behind Star Wars.

I think it's going to be great. This game was bothering me, in that there was no canon with the rest of the SW universe. Now that LA has seemingly taken over creative design, I can say that I am VERY excited. I've never seen a game that I didn't like that they actively developed. This game was originally done by them and then taken over by SOE, which is where, I think, the issues came from.
I support the proposed changes 95% and I will reserve the remaining 5% for the TC trials in the next few weeks.
