hi just a quick question.

i bought aload of imp forward outposts for me to get some impys to place so i could jam the terms for 1k xp a base , now this went fine i did 9 and figured i could do the same in 24hrs but it says has already been done, whats the timer on em or does the owner of the base have to reset it ?
