do i need 4xxx or do i need MBH before i can hunt those boss marks ? all help will be appreciated

i think invest 3 can get them, but u need to be 75+ CL

Im invest 3 right now and im getting the boss marks because im cl80 and master smuggler/master pistols

im bh 0443 and got one the other night. Tough tough fight as im only lvl 74 and he was 82.... but i eventually won.
