Once you have invest III...you'll needarakyd droids andseeker droids. You should be able to fnd them on the bazaar, or if not, find a droid engineer. After grabbing your mark, and seeing a level III informant. (I use kaadara on Theed) Travel about 1k outside the town and use the arakyd droid to request a probe droid. It will land nearby, then go and transmit biological signature to it. This will send the probe away again. Wait a few mins, until it tells you what planet your mark is on. Once you have found this, go to the planet, and use a seeker droid. Carry on using seeker droids until you find him as you will often lose track of the guy.
