Thread: Idea for Player bountys in new system

How about bounty hunters that join a faction and go overt can take bounty missions on opposite overt faction players. Its completely consensual pvp. Mark could even have the first shot if he notices the bounty hunter first.
Example:
Target Player is an overt rebel.When the Rebel faction and rank status gets high enough a bounty is placed on that player. If Overt Imperial bh kills mark, mark loses alot of rebelfaction. Bounty hunter gets paid, thats it.ALittle Imperialfaction is gained.
If rebel player kills BH, rebel gets alot more rebel faction. Overt Imperal BH loses alot of imp faction.
Pretty fair. Completely consensual and any classcan be a mark.
Thoughts?
I have no idea how the rebel and imperial stuff works in 2 weeks but figured it wont be changed much.

Bounty Hunting is over, only npcs ... everyone's **** ing and complaining got them what they wanted.

good suggestion, very good, or Full tmeplates could choose to be hunted by BHs like you can choose special forces now. It is a simple adaptation and I know many Jedi who would choose to be hunted. The devs could have implemented a system that would have made eveyrone happy.
In their usual short sighted way, they just pulled the plug.

how bout this from my thread, more of a checks and balance system, easy simple, And since death won't reduce your items anymore, you'd think people wouldn't have such a problem with BH's.

I like the OP idea. This is pretty much the only way I would go for player bounties.
