Julio Torres.? for one what he could have done with the bh system instead of making it all npc based is. to be a bh someone has to put out a bounty. now there is a thought. and only show cash payout. if want 1mil someone has to place the bounty for 1mil. no matter what profession they are. i got 5mill i would spend on a guy i dont like right now just to have him killed and message telling him i paid for it lol. actually would pay 15mil for it to happen. i hate the bastered.

well this would be good if master politicaians can place missions. I mean politicians have the power to kill someone. heres how it works. the person there placing on must be lvl 80. the politician then must enter the name of the person. and this can only work on there citys bounty hunter terminel.
