Shame on me for being a ranged MBH.

Actually I had a great template: MBH, Carbs 0440, Rifleman 4000, Pistols 0040 with FS skills. Great attacks, speed (easily capped at 100 with CA/AA), nice defs from pistoleer, and a ranged DB. This was the template I had going into the CU.

Ain't that the truth.... I was a melee stacker. The only PvP 1v1 fight that had a chance of killing me were either a BH with an insance damage Geo Pistol and eyeshot or a CM with insance DOT ticks. Everyone else, would fall quickly to the Stun Baton of Doom that I had.

When I logged in on CU day with that template, I was flatbacked with the QUICKNESS by a master marksman/rifleman with average weaponry. I couldnt' believe it. I almost quit after finding out that my "god" character was now **edit**e. But then like everyone else, I adjusted things, moved stuff around, picked up new professions etc. Now, I almost don't want to go back, but I still miss the old days.

LOL that's like 100% LS block, the trick to being a ranged BH before the CU was to have nice DOT and high damage weapons, my colleciton included health/action/mind fire and poison pistols and the best one I had was a 340+ mind fire Sonic Blaster and a 290+ action poison LLC and I even had a 61 tick constitution disease SR Combat pistol that converted to 600 max damage after the CU, I also had a 830+ dmg puped DE-10 that did over 600 dmg per eyeshot.

DOTS landed even if the shot got blocked by a saberblock, master healers were the biggest pain in the butt but the FOTM were fairly easy and they often ran.

Other things that Jedi had back then that sucked were feign death and gank squads.

Oh my, those were the days... MBH/MP back there. I had an uber de-10 that would make any jedi cringe, specially with the following combination of shots: Torso Shot, Bleed Shot, Body Shot1, Body Shot2, Body Shot3. The bleeds stacked together would do around 300, and the Torso Shot fire dot, 400 Top that off with a 300 mind posion LLC, and jedi didn't like me.

How do I miss though, not wearing armor while fighting jedi....
