for pve whivh is better mch,mbh and 0004 pistols or m rifle/mbh/4000 cm? I am only going to do npc bounties

You are more than likely going to need the CM4xxx to seriously take on the "boss" marks with the insnace regeneration and speicals that these are known for.
Otherwise, you'd be able to have a lot of fun with CH.
