Ok what are the must haves for a BH as far as armor, guns, food and AA's? Since I am going Rifle what is the must have rifle of choice, how should it be sliced? How should the armor be sliced? Basically let me know the things that you would never goto to battle without! Also, droid wise, what is the best to have to make those fights shorter?

Might want to check the BH FAQ, but as far as armor goes, you want the 75% armor break slice, and you'll need to get or buy shock absorb padding. Since you're a rifleman, Recon armor is really good, and it has a high energy resist, which you'll need.

I wouldnt depend on a droid to much. High energy, AB sliced armor is a necessity though.

Whatever you do... do not get a reputation. Try to stay on the down low and refrain from lengthy conversations with Jedi that want to be friends and snuggle afterwards... for the life of me, I can't get a Jedi to stay and fight any more.

I dont think its a matter of reputation that scares them, im pretty sure its the -if-I die by this BH, do I want to regrind all the XP. Jedi Knights dont need XP, correct, but if they want FRS they need positive XP.

7 mil? BH's get zillions of the micro plated thingies. the padded things, can be found on the bazzar (at least on ahazi) for 25k-150k a piece. (ok , so that was a couple weeks ago. maybe prices got higher)

Err, not sure where you got your info, but i entered the FRS at -10 mill xp (Dang wOOOt and his 1400 power-hammer pre-cu

Level 3 ABs go for 1mil a piece on Sunrunner.

If you have some healing skills, a medical droid with +110 medical rating would help (increase your healing efficiency as long as you are close enough from the droid, even if it's incapped). Some droids can also have basic combat abilities besides the +110 medical modules.

Damage capped and sac capped weapons
When you get your perfect sac capped/damage capped weapon adk it and use powerups (I recommend sac powerups)
Quad energy layered recon or battle armor. (75% armor break sliced)
The ability to heal other than from Stims (a healing profession)
A food macro to hit all your pvp foods.
A deathblow macro on your toolbar that has /dump /deathblow

If you are even mildly successful you'll get a reputation because few BHs are any good at all. This is probably the hardest thing to avoid if you plan on hunting jedi regularly.

Now theres something I didnt know. For some reason I always thought the FRS was more about PvP rating.Thanks for that bit of information.
