Bounty Hunter Archive

I have been reading so much about people using master combat medic or some just using one tree with bh and carbine/rifle/or pistol. My question is how well does the combat medic aspect stand up in npc bounty missions and pve in general. Also I cant put my finger on if its better to master CM and have a tree of pis/carb/rif. Or to master the pis/carb/rif and take a tree of CM. Please let me know your thoughts.
