Thread: Advice on choice of rifles?

As a MBH, MRM, 4000 CM, what do you guys consider as the best choice of rifles for hunting jedi? I've read that kinetic is the better dmg choice, opinions? Also what is the highest dmg kin/energy rifles, crafted or looted? I know, pretty open ended question(what is the best rifle?), but just wanted to get some opinions from people that probably know a little, and in most cases a lot, better than me.

I have 2 that I use regularly.... I have a crafted/sliced Trandoshan Rifle with 1331 (I think) max damage, 2.1 speed, and 85 sac that get's the job done.
I also use an Advanced Laser Rifle (because they are cheap) that is 1301 (with pup), 1.8 speed, and 84 sac.

i use a 1038 max dam, 1.57 spd, 58 (pupped) SAC advanced laser rifle. Works great and uses almost no action. 'Course, i paid a pretty penny for it. If you're on the Intrepid server, then you know Yaman makes the best weapons at a good price.

Crash and Dentorious, you guys got any stats for those rifles. And are they crafted or looted. Sorry for what are probably such noob questions, but gotta learn some how

Both looted. LD-1 is from the Outcast portion of the Kerritamba Village quests. Fallan Hyper Rifle is from the wager part of the Etyyy Hunting Grounds quest. Both are kinetic based damage, something like 540-1020.
I prefer my Hvy Lightning Rifle...

1.63 mod speed
498-1130
+40 Elemental dmg
+20 Accuracy
525.5 mod DPS
82 SAC
Slap on a SAC pup and its down to 55 SAC
