i have a probot, and when i say attack it doesnt do anything, kinda confused with that thing

well if you KNOW they are in the water by using ctrl-v do not get closer than 500m....
Wait until the seeker losses track and then launch another... the target will have move....
If you are already inside 500m move outside 500m and do the same as above... HOWEVER many times in this case the mark will not move so you will most likely have to drop the mission.

The last time one of my marks spawned in water, I logged out for a few hours then logged back in. When I came back not only was my mark not in the water, but he switched planets. Kind of a crummy fix, but that time I was going to log out after the mission anyway.

Just get a nice droid, they shoot on water, and if they start running for the shore get there before them and lay it to them
