What is the BH only people's view on jedi who have a Jedi and a BH alt.

Yes i'm one of those jedi but dont let that stop you from saying anything. I want honesty.

Just making this thread because i'm bored and am curious to your view on the matter.

Well frankly... it is a bit odd... But I would think it is a fun combination...

Hunt and be hunted....

and make money....

Sounds like fun...

Play what's funfor you... If you like playing a Jedi, cool. If you like playing a BH, cool.

The real question is, when you play a BH - do you actively kill other Jedi or do youonly do NPC missions?

Because it doesn't matter what skills you have, you're not a Bounty Hunter if you don't kill Jedi.

probably going to do npc missions mostlyas i'm a loot aholic(not full temp BH yet) but might chuck one or two jedi missions in there to see what its like to be on your side of the fence.

the Prob most have is when a Alt BH comes in trying to dsay hes a BH and Blahh Blahh. However alot Become Bh and see what we are saying and Can see for themselves. So if you want to have a Jedi main and Bh Alt. Who cares its your toon.

There's no reason a Jedi shouldn't have a BH alt. One guy on my server who did it says he enjoys hunting Jedi a lot more than he enjoys being one.

I'm actually helping 2 BHs that want to start hunting jedi who are Jedi. One of them is actually a long time and well known jedi on my server. Both of them have taken on Jedi and both of them have not won yet. I think them still having the Jedi state of mind of overpowering their opponent is why they aren't doing so well. They need to basically learn to win by surviving whatever the Jedi can give and then wearing down either their mind or force. This is completely alien to them.

Both of them have also said that BH is more fun than Jedi even though they keep losing because there are so many Jedi and everything is easy for them except for those 1 BH in 20 that actually has a chance of beating them.

There are some Jedi with BH alts that are primarily for NPC loot and they come here and voice their opinions. They basically troll the forums and try to paint Jedi as the victims who can do no wrong. I call BS on that. These are the guys that defend /duel and say that Jedi are too weak. I don't consider these BHs real BHs. It's like that Imperial alt of a Rebel who gives the PvP bases vulnerable times to his rebel friends.

For me....I was a long time MBH on Bloodfin...back to the 1st year of the game when I qualified as a MBH. Then I got the "go Jedi" bug like so many others and my then BH became a Jedi. I missed Bounty Hunting so it was just natural that my alt would become a MBH. Oddly, I play my BH alt now more then I play my Jedi.

being perfectly honest ... i do believe and support a persons decision to be anything they want in this game ... thats the bottom line

what are my feelings on it? i think its lame when it carries on to the forums .. because you have jedi posting on the BH forums cuz they have BH alts ... as if they are part of the community .. but they never support any advances in the player bounty system .. they just call for more limitations and supporting stunting the dynamic even more .. until its not really feasable as a fun aspect in the game ..

this "false" voice within the BH community ruins the developer's perception of what the people who use bounty hunters as their MAIN toon really need ...

Not all of us call for BH nerfs - there is a small proportion of Jedi/BH and even of just Jedi who don't even have BH toons that support and encourage enhacnements to both power and content for the Bounty Hunter profession.
