The Enclaves are on Yavin 4, and isn't useful until you are Knight/Dark Knight. Not much you can do there if you do stumble upon either of them. The Entrances are guarded by Sentinels that have 95% resists down the board with vulnerability to Lightsaber. The kicker, because we all know we can beat NS's with their 100% resists... Only difference really is the Guards at the Enclaves... .... have 1.2 - 1.4 million ham. Might discourage most people from getting too close to them since they do con red. But if you are a member of the Enclave, you can walk right by them without agg'ing them.
You don't need to head there until after you complete your Knight Trials.. to ensure you don't ag the Guards..lol.. but once you do see it, you will be amazed.. very nicely done aspect.
Finally, you can't gain FRS until you hit Knight status. You can get PvP rating, butthat isn't FRS Xp.

This make me think of 3 more questions:
1-What is the difference between FRS XP and PVP rating ?
2-Will the gards agro all that comes by, or are they factionned (rebel or imp) ?
1) FRS XP is along the lines of Combat/Jedi/Regular XP. For every person you kill, you get a nominal amount of FRS XP. Which can be spent on boxes in the FRS.. IE SENTINEL...all the way up to OVERLORD. Jedi specific.
PVP Rating is just a system that allows all players to see how good a person is at pvp, potentially. The Higher the PvP rating, the more successful a person has been at PvP.
2) While that is a good question, I haven't taken my main to the Enclaves yet so I can't answer it fully. But I will tell you that when on my Jedi at the Enclaves, the guards still con red and are Aggro's. My theory is that they will go after any non-jedi or any Jedi of the opposite Enclave. Otherwise they would not be aggro's to their same factionally aligned Jedi.
