Currently regrinding BH (dunno why I left in the first place). Doing carbs this time as I was pistols my first go round.

What would be the best way to slice a proton carb? I actually wasn't planning on using it, but sliced and pupped it seems it would be a sweet weapon.

Speed, damage....dunno where to go. Again I will be MC/MBH.............and if someone could tell me what a critical slice is?

When it comes to slicing it's all greek to me. So any help is much appreciated.

I have a critical sliced proton carbine. That gives me a +10 to critical hits. Sometimes Im hitting crits 4 shots in a row. Very nice. I have max dmg of around 950 and a dps of 550. With my speed being around 1.5...it is working very well for me.

Honestly, I prefer a double capped elite carb with an ADK and a speed pup - try it out.

In answer to your question though - critical slices imo.

not sure i think my carbine was dmged sliced

my dps is 814

my e11 mark2 max dmg is 1025

speed is .89

Looks like it was speed sliced. Not positive but I dont think anything will fire faster than 1.3 seconds. If soyour mod dps becomes erroneous.

Ignore all the other posts and listen carefully.

Get a Nyms Slugthrower a decent one has a SAC of 82 and max damage of 708 you can run the quest at Nyms a few time to loot one or go on vendor search. Also get CM 0400 not 4000 and get medic 0410. You can use Bacta spray and Bactatoss at yourself to heal enough (over 1000 with a droid out) and keep instant stims/ruby blielhandy for when you get kd.

Slice the Nyms for Critical Hits and put a speed powerup on it. They Nyms hits a Master Defender for 600 + when KD and is way way better than any other multi capped carb i ever used!

The elemental damage is what does it.

If you use ranged shot to wear the jedi down with the odd torso shot and eye shot and wack some poisons and fires on him you will use hardly any actionthen when his ham is low use charge shot to kd and critical and he should be dead. I have killed a lot of full template jedis and master defenders end up runnning from me so after practice you will do well.

I also have 7100 Energy Resist Ris fully ADK Armor Sliced and am Speed and Acc Capped but im sure with practice and a decent nyms you will soon be murdering jedi on your server

Depends on what I'm doing... I'll use the speed pups for Jedi missions and/or if I'm running state support/crowd controlin PvP groups - however for things like 30kHP NPCs or Krayts etc I'll switch it out for an action pup, ya.

Kinda funny you say this......I recently got a Nym's on top of the one I already had......because I've heard great things about them when hunting Jedi.

I'll check out the stats and post em here.

it would make sence for the nyms slugthrower to be good against jedi since he is the best jedi hunter of us all.

maby make the guna bt better though and his quest ALOT harder.

the high min dmg and elemental + kinetic dmg is nice. If they made it any better it would be too powerful i think. Right now there are still places of double capped e11's and elites, just not against Mdefenders or PvP in general.

my proton goes somthin like this:

slice is:

2% speed

8% damg

3% critical hit

stats are this (with damg pup)

1.82 mod speed (no carb skills or tapes)

623-1084

90 elemental

0 acc

1.6% wound

base dps is 379

82 sac

should be alot faster once i get tapes and carbine skills (atm im mbh/mrifle/4xxxcm)
